Inside Sereneo
Four small tools. Nothing that nags.
Sereneo does four things carefully instead of offering a dashboard of features competing for your attention. There are no streaks, no badges and no scores anywhere in it — not as an oversight, but because they turn a habit into an obligation.
Journal
A blank page, whenever you're ready
Write as much or as little as you want. Entries save to your device the moment you type, so nothing waits on a connection and nothing is lost if you're offline. There's a prompt library when the page is blank, and nothing at all when you'd rather it left you alone.
- Works fully offline, syncs when it can
- A prompt library, or a blank page — your choice
- Set a word goal, or don't
- Tag an entry with how you were feeling
- Search and calendar across everything you've written
Writing, reading, history, calendar, search, tags and export are free forever.
Check in
Notice how you're doing, in a few seconds
Log a mood in seconds, then say why if you want to — a tag, a sentence, or nothing. As many times a day as you like. Small enough to do on a hard day, and it never nags you about the days you skip.
- Under a minute, several times a day if you want
- Add context as a tag or a note, or leave it blank
- Your full history, calendar and search
- Reminders only if you ask for them
Logging and your entire mood history are free and unlimited. Premium extends the trend view beyond the last seven days.
Gratitude
Three lines, on the days it helps
Up to three notes a day, and a quote if you want one. It collects into a jar you can look back through. No forced positivity, and no guilt about the days you don't feel it.
- Up to three notes a day
- A jar you can read back through
- 'Looking back' resurfaces older entries
- Skipping a day costs you nothing
Writing, reading and looking back are free. Premium ranks themes across a month and shows how they track with mood.
Reflections
See how your weeks have actually gone
Every so often Sereneo gathers what you've logged into a Weekly or Monthly Reflection — playable as a story, or readable as a recap. It's a summary, not a score, and it never grades you. The AI reflection is a separate switch that starts off.
- Weekly and Monthly Reflections
- Read it, or play it through as a story
- AI is opt-in, off by default, and always labelled as AI
- A reflection, never a diagnosis or an assessment
The Weekly Reflection is free in an honest basic form. Premium opens the full narrative — including for months you already wrote.
What it deliberately isn't
- Not therapy, and not a crisis service. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe.
- No streaks, badges or scores. Nothing to lose by missing a day.
- No social feed. No followers, no comments, nothing public.
- No ads, ever, and no advertising SDK in the app at all.
